I have a query, who do I contact?
All initial queries should be directed to your Onsite Account Specialist. Email details are on the profile tab in the Kelly App. If they are unavailable or do not respond, then contact your local office, details of which are on our website or the contact us section of the Kelly App.
I didn’t receive email or SMS and can’t log in to Epaysafe to enter bank details?
An email and SMS text will be sent to you with a web link to login using the details provided on your application form, please check your spam emails folder or contact your account specialist to confirm the email address and phone number on file are correct. If you have forgotten a password click on “Forgotten your details” on the epaysafe login page. https://www.epaysafe.co.uk/
I have a grievance and need to notify someone. What do I do?
Firstly we advise reading the Kelly Services Grievance Policy on the Kelly App, then contact your Onsite Account Specialist to arrange a meeting.
How many days Annual Leave do I have?
For each week worked you will accrue holiday entitlement. This is calculated in hours and your current balance can be found on your latest payslip. The standard entitlement is 8% of hours worked and any holidays paid. You will accrue a maximum of 20 days holidays, pro rata. You will be paid for all bank holidays too.
I had an Accident at Work, who do I inform?
Kelly Services have a duty to report all accidents to the Health & Safety Authority. Please notify your Onsite Account Specialist as soon as possible to arrange a meeting.
