Passionate about building bridges and establishing rapport with employees and unions, she made it her mission to change the perception of HR within the business. By driving the message of support which she provided, she enabled employees to see that HR was not there to threaten them but enhance their working environment.
When she started her role, there were 36 employees with grievances against the company. Within her time there she managed to tackle and close 34 out of the 36 cases singlehandedly, without incurring any expenses to the company.
